قرر الشركاء تأسيس هذه الشركة خارج مصر لفتح آفاق ومشاريع جديدة في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة ومستقبلاً في المملكة العربية السعودية، دولة قطر، مملكة البحرين ودولة الكويت.
Celia Real Estate Company (L.L.C.) is a Limited Liability Company registered with the Government of Dubai.
The main activities of the company are:
- Real estate buying and selling brokerage
- Property leasing brokerage
The partners have long and extensive experience of over 25 years in the field of real estate development of residential towers, commercial malls, service buildings and villas in Egypt in many places, including but not limited to:
- New Cairo City
- New Administrative Capital
- Sheikh Zayed City
- 6th of October City
- Many Egyptian Governorates
The partners decided to establish the company outside of Egypt to explore new horizons and projects in the United Arab Emirates and in the future in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, State of Qatar, Kingdom of Bahrain, and State of Kuwait.
